I am a mental health and digital wellbeing campaigner, driven by lived experience and a belief that better systems can change lives. I have spent the last four years campaigning to improve mental health support and reduce stigma, drawing on my own experience of living with OCD since the age of 13. I am especially passionate about digital wellbeing, which I believe plays a crucial role in positive mental health. Alongside my work with FlippGen, I campaign with other charities and create and host my own mental health podcast.
