    What’s happening:

    Your feed has gone negative, repetitive, or draining.

    3-STEP RESET

    1. SKIP FAST

    Don’t linger on content you don’t want.
    Scroll past it immediately.

    2. SEARCH SOMETHING DIFFERENT

    Actively look up a new topic (music, sport, anything).
    Break the pattern.

    3. CLOSE THE APP

    Even for 5–10 minutes.
    Let the loop reset.

    REMEMBER

    Your feed isn’t fixed — it’s trained.

  • QUICK FIX: I CAN’T STOP SCROLLING

    What’s happening:

    You’re stuck in an endless loop — not choosing, just reacting.

    3 QUICK INTERRUPTS

    1. PAUSE

    Ask: “Do I actually want to be here right now?”

    2. CHANGE POSITION

    Stand up, move, or put your phone down somewhere else.

    3. SWITCH ACTIVITY

    Do something else

    For example, message someone, play music, watch something intentional.
